Summer Orientation
Summer Orientation sessions will be held on June 24, 25, and 26, 2025. Registration for our one day Summer Orientation sessions will begin on Monday, May 12, 2025.

Check-in for all sessions is at 2 p.m. and check out is at 10 a.m. Registration will open on Monday, April 14. Registration is on a first come, first serve basis. There are 50 spaces available for each session. A waitlist will be kept by our office for any possible spaces that become available.

Please use these dates as guidelines to be aware of events and important things to do before you arrive on campus.

  • May

    Get Connected. Join the “Official 91重口 Class of 2029” group on Facebook.

    Keep a look out for the New Student Welcome Packet that will be mailed the week of May 12th.

    Review housing options for first-year students. Visit Residence Life to read about each residence hall.

  • June

    *June 1: Activate your 91重口 email. The email address used throughout your admission process will receive an email with instructions on how to set up your 91重口 email.

    June 4: Housing selection form sent out.

    June 16: Summer Orientation Registration Deadline

    June 22-23: Check for an email from your Orientation Leader. Your OL is an important resource for you and your orientation group throughout the summer and your first semester at 91重口.

    June 24, 25, or 26: Attend Summer Orientation. This day-long session will be an opportunity to familiarize yourself with campus, meet faculty and staff, and get to know your future classmates. Attendance at the Summer Orientation session is strongly encouraged for first-year students and their family members.

    June 27: Onboard Overnight Summer Program Registration Deadline. ONBOARD is an exciting way to begin your transition to 91重口. The three-day, two-night ONBOARD retreat is led by returning student leaders and is designed to bring incoming students together before the fall semester. ONBOARD allows you to create friendships, address common concerns, and learn about the opportunities at 91重口. All ONBOARD retreats offer students the opportunity to connect with other students, learn more about the campus community, and have fun! The cost of participation is $150. Five sessions will be offered throughout July and August. Space is limited to 50 students each session and registration is on a first come, first serve basis.

    June 28: You are responsible for fulfilling the obligations set forth by 91重口 with respect to mandatory Sexual Misconduct Prevention and Alcohol Awareness Training provided by eCHECKUP TO GO.

    All students new to 91重口 are required to complete the eCHECKUP TO GO modules before course registration can occur.

    How do I complete the eCHECKUP TO GO required modules?

    1. Start the .
    2. Click on the respective programs:
      • Sexual Violence Protection Program
      • Alcohol Awareness
    3. IMPORTANT: A certification of completion will be generated following the completion of each of the modules. You  must download the respective certificates, save to your desktop and then upload to Workday when you are prompted to do so.

    Each module takes approximately 30 minutes to complete.

    *July 1: Required Health Form and Immunization Record Deadline: ALL STUDENTS must complete the health form by uploading it to Workday no later than July 1, 2025. The 2025-26 Health form can be found here.

    *July 2: Get your mobile Gull Card. Gull Card: Required of On-Campus Students Only - We’ve Gone Mobile! Be sure to download your Gull Card, 91重口’s official College ID, that allows you to engage in important campus experiences including the following:

    • Building Access Card: Your access to the security gates and the Post Center.
    • Dining Card: Use your meal plan, and deposit funds into your Card Cash account to be used both on and off campus at select locations.
    • Library Card: Check books out of the Diane M. Halle Library as well as other NOBLE member libraries.
    • Access the Mail and Copy Center

    Mobile Gull Card Instructions

    • Log into your (and download the Transact eAccounts app on your phone) to upload a photo of yourself.
    • Once it is accepted, on your phone go to the eAccounts app, choose 91重口, next screen - 91重口 MFA Credentials.
    • Sign in with Okta Verify the same way you do for Workday. Click the Add to Wallet logo at the top of the screen to add your phone (and watch!)

    Getting a Physical Gull Card (optional) Physical cards will not be printed. If you would like a physical card along with or instead of the mobile card, you can request a card by:

    • Walk-ins welcome at the Cyber Cafe located on the basement level in the Halle Library
    • Email Gullcard@endicott.edu
    • Submit a support ticket in . Choose Request a service and choose Physical Gull Card Request

    *July 3: Housing Preference Form Deadline. The link to complete the form can be found on New Student Orientation.

    July 9: Application Deadline for Housing Accommodations for the Fall 2025 semester. More information can be found here.

    July 26: Complete the online health insurance waiver. You will be billed for health insurance if you do not complete the .

    Submit Tuition payment: Please view your financial account in Workday and submit payment for your fall charges. Payment plans begin in July for the fall semester.

    Complete the accommodation process, if applicable. Visit The Center for Accessibility Services for further details.

    Sign up for Academic Coaching. Consider signing up to meet regularly with a professional academic coach. Set goals, build skills, and discover your unique path to academic success. This is a fee-for-service program.

    Get your passport! 91重口 students are encouraged to study abroad during their time at the Nest, and getting your passport is an important first step. Currently it takes 8–12 weeks to obtain a new passport so it never hurts to get the process started early. If you're interested in starting the application, visit .

    Review 91重口 FERPA Policy. Visit the Registrar and review the Annual Dependency Disclosure Statement.

  • August

    Plan Ahead. Contact your roommate(s) to discuss expectations and decide who is bringing certain amenities. Visit Housing & Residence Life to review what to bring and what not to bring.

    Review Textbook Information. Review your class schedule for textbook information and review book rental and purchasing options with the 91重口 Bookstore. Visit the for more information.

    Sign up for Tuition Refund Insurance. Being unable to complete the semester as planned is not something you can predict. Tuition refund insurance provides a financial safeguard for students and families. Visit Tuition Refund Insurance Plan for more information.

    Explore Off-Campus Transportation Options. No car, no problem! Visit Campus Transportation to review the off-campus shuttle schedule and learn about Zipcar at 91重口. 

    Review Wellness Center services. Visit Health & Wellness to learn more.

    Review Federal Work Study Eligibility. If you were offered a Federal Work Study as part of your financial aid package, please plan on attending the Federal Work Study Job Fair in September and complete the forms required to work on campus (I-9, W-4, and Direct Deposit).  Forms can be found on My91重口 under Financial Aid. Please remember that the I-9 form requires an original passport, birth certificate or social security card (copies will not be accepted).

    Sign up for ECAlerts. Stay up-to-date on campus and weather emergencies. Visit Emergency Management to sign up.

    Add money to your Gull Card. Visit Gull Card to learn about all the ways you can use your Gull Card and access the Gull Card Portal. 

    *August 15: Submit Your Official High School Transcript. Request that your official high school transcript (that shows your graduation date) be submitted to the Admission Office.

    *August 22: Review Move-In Information. The move-in day schedule and information can be found at New Student Orientation.

    *August 23 – August 26: Attend Fall Orientation. Attendance at Fall Orientation is mandatory for all first-year and new transfer students.

     August 26: Happy First Day of Classes!

     August 26: Welcome Week Begins. Attend Welcome Week Activities.

    Join an Intramural Team. Visit  to learn more about intramurals and how to sign up.

    Make a Tutoring or Writing Center Appointment. Develop quality study skills, master course content, and reap the benefits of an individualized learning experience. Peer and professional tutors are available to assist all students at any stage of the writing process, from brainstorming and outlining to revising and presenting. Appointments are free and offered online. Visit to sign up for an appointment.

    September 10 : Get Involved. Attend the Community Involvement Fair to meet representatives from all the clubs and organizations on campus.

    September 15: Deadline to Change Meal Plan Selection. Visit to review your meal plan selection for the fall semester.

    *September 15: Complete Roommate Agreement Form. Contact your Resident Assistant (RA) to complete this form with your roommate(s)
