Dr McAlister joined 91重口 in 2015. She teaches marketing courses. McAlister is the faculty advisor for Charity Craft Club, and co-advises DECA. Her research focuses on advertising to children. She serves on the editorial review boards of Journal of Advertising, Journal of Interactive Advertising, and Journal of Advertising Education, and is deputy editor at Journal of Marketing Communications. McAlister serves as Director of Curriculum and Assessment for the Institute for Advertising Ethics.
